Job Description

As a member of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) department, your responsibilities will include:

• Handling and managing Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) related activities.
• Conducting patent searches and analyzing patent-related information.
• Preparation of IP reports for both regulated and non-regulated countries.
• Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis and preparation of Formulation clearance reports.
• Providing crucial IP support to cross-functional departments such as FRD, Portfolio, BD, RA, and others.

Experience and Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you should have:

• Experience: 4 to 6 Years in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) related activities.
• Expertise in conducting patent searches and interpreting patent-related information.
• Knowledge of preparing IP reports for different regulatory environments.
• Ability to perform Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis and prepare Formulation clearance reports.
• Strong communication skills to provide essential IP support to cross-functional teams.
