Job Role & Responsibilities

Research Associate / Research Scientist (R&D)

• Conduct literature studies for project understanding and experimental planning.
• Perform bench-scale synthesis and handle complex multi-step reactions.
• Work on feasibility, optimization, validation, and demonstration studies.
• Interpret analytical data accurately and document experiments in SOPs, ELNs, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with GLP and safety protocols.
• Contribute innovative ideas for product development and process improvement.
• Prepare feasibility reports and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process scale-up.

Executive/Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager/Dy. Manager/Manager (ADL)

• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, GC-MS, GC-HS, NMR, AAS, GPC, UV-Vis, FT-IR, KF, DSC, TGA.
• Perform method validation, wet chemical analysis, calibration, and data interpretation.
• Maintain lab glassware, inventory, and manage instrument breakdowns.
• Prepare and review analytical reports, protocols, and support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams and support technology transfer.
• Lead and mentor lab teams, provide training, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure documentation accuracy in SOPs, ELNs, and regulatory protocols.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry, or Ph.D. in Chemistry.
• Experience Required:
  • Research Associate/Scientist (R&D): 2–8 years.
  • ADL Executives/Managers: 8–15 years.
• Skills Required:
  • Expertise in synthetic chemistry, process development, and analytical techniques.
  • Proficiency in handling modern analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, GC-MS, NMR, etc.).
  • Strong documentation, compliance, and audit readiness experience.
  • Leadership and mentoring capabilities for senior roles.
