Job Role & Responsibilities

As part of the Production Team at MSN Laboratories, your responsibilities will include:

• Executing and monitoring day-to-day API production activities as per SOPs.
• Preparing and maintaining production documents including BMR, BPR, SOPs.
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines in all manufacturing operations.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, EHS) for smooth workflow.
• Adhering to safety and regulatory norms to maintain a safe work environment.
• Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Inter, B.Sc, B.Com, BA, Diploma in Chemical/Pharma/Industrial disciplines.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in the Production Department (API/Pharma Manufacturing).
• Preferred: Male candidates due to shift requirements.
• Skills Required:
  • Understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and production compliance.
  • Ability to work in a regulated pharma environment.
  • Good teamwork and documentation skills.
