Job Role & Responsibilities

Senior Scientist (7–9 Years Experience)

• Lead method development, validation, and analytical characterization for peptide synthesis.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams for project success.
• Ensure GMP/GLP compliance in all analytical activities.

Junior Scientist (3–5 Years Experience)

• Support analytical testing and method execution.
• Perform hands-on work using HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS, FTIR, UV, KF.
• Document analytical findings and prepare technical reports.
• Work collaboratively with senior scientists for ongoing projects.

Officer (1 Year Experience)

• Assist in routine testing and method support.
• Maintain laboratory instruments and calibration logs.
• Perform sample analysis under supervision.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and GLP standards.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Degrees in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Biology.
• Experience:
  • Senior Scientist: 7–9 years
  • Junior Scientist: 3–5 years
  • Officer: ~1 year
• Skills Required:
  • Strong background in peptide synthesis and characterization.
