Job Role & Responsibilities

Technician / Sr. Technician – Production (Coating)

• Operate and troubleshoot commercial-size coating machines.
• Support production teams during regulatory audits (USFDA, European markets).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs in production processes.

Technician / Sr. Technician – Packing

• Perform bottle and blister packing in both primary and secondary areas.
• Operate track & trace systems and wallet packing operations.
• Ensure packaging quality standards and regulatory compliance.

Technician / Sr. Technician – Engineering (Water System)

• Manage pre-treatment and purified water systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, sanitization, and troubleshooting.
• Work with ozonization systems to maintain water quality standards.

Technician / Sr. Technician – Engineering (Electrical Process)

• Operate and maintain PCC panels, NCC panels, transformers, and power distribution systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain UPS systems, DG generators, and process equipment (granulation, blending, coating, packing).
• Ensure uninterrupted plant operations with high safety standards.

Apprentices – Packing

• Assist in bottle and blister packing operations.
• Gain exposure to track & trace systems and secondary packaging areas.
• Open to 2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-outs (ITI, Diploma, Graduation).

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: ITI, Diploma, or Graduation in Engineering, Pharma, or relevant technical fields.
• Experience:
  • Technician/Sr. Technician: 3–5 years of experience in Production, Packing, or Engineering.
  • Apprentices: Fresh pass-outs from 2023, 2024, or 2025 batches.
• Skills Required:
  • Technical expertise in coating, packing, water systems, and electrical processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, maintain compliance, and work with regulatory exposure.
  • Hands-on experience with pharma manufacturing equipment.
