Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Research Associate (Organic Chemistry), you will:

• Conduct multi-step organic synthesis and optimize reaction conditions.
• Perform purification techniques including chromatography and crystallization.
• Troubleshoot chemical reactions and ensure reproducibility.
• Apply analytical techniques such as TLC, HPLC, NMR, and IR for monitoring reactions.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry (or related specialization in Chemistry).
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in organic synthesis, purification, and process optimization.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of reaction mechanisms and process development.
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques like HPLC, NMR, IR, TLC.
