We are currently hiring for the position of Research Associate in the Antibody Engineering department. Position: Research Associate

Department: Antibody Engineering
Qualification: MSc. (Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Chemistry or similar discipline) with 4-7 years of experience
Job Location: Bangalore

Role Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) synthesis, Bioconjugation processes, scale-up, ADC purification, and related activities.
• Proficiency in Drug-to-Antibody Ratio (DAR) analysis using HPLC/MS and analytical characterization of ADC.
• Proficient in executing antibody purification and essential antibody analytical characterization techniques.
• Capable of conceptualizing, designing experiments, developing assays, optimizing protocols, and interpreting experimental results with minimal supervision.
• Generate consistent, high-quality data and promptly update it in relevant databases.
• Understand systems and processes related to safety, health, and environment.
