Job Role & Responsibilities

We are currently hiring for multiple positions:

• Medical Coders
• Senior Medical Coders
• Quality Analysts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and efficient coding across various specialties.
• Review medical records and assign appropriate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, payer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support the team in audits, denials management, and process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality results within turnaround timelines.

Specialties & Experience Requirements

• E&M Coding: 1–3 years (Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy)
• IPDRG: 1–4 years (Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy, Hyderabad)
• Denials: 1–2 years (Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy, Hyderabad)
• Surgery: 1–5 years (Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy, Hyderabad, Pune)
• ED Facility: 1–3 years (Chennai, Salem, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad)

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Certified Medical Coders with relevant coding certifications (e.g., CPC, CCS, COC, CIC).
• Educational Background: Life Science graduates (B.Sc. Nursing, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, BDS, MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry).
• Prior experience in medical coding within the above specialties.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Please note: No openings for freshers.

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Location & Salary

• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO).
• Job Locations: Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy, Hyderabad, Pune, Salem.
• Salary will be competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and certifications.
