Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Research Scientist/Senior Research Scientist, you will:

• Conduct synthetic experiments with a focus on safety and accuracy.
• Document experimental procedures and capture scientific data effectively.
• Perform process optimization, troubleshooting, and cost analysis.
• Analyze complex datasets including NMR, LCMS, and other analytical techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and targets.
• Support discovery and process development chemistry projects in alignment with organizational goals.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry (courses include M.Sc. Organic Chemistry, M.Sc. Pharmaceutical Chemistry, M.Sc. Medicinal Chemistry, M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry).
• Experience: 2–8 years of relevant work experience in CRO or CRAMS.
• Strong scientific knowledge in organic chemistry and process development.
• Proficiency in interpreting analytical data such as NMR, LCMS.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
