Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Site Solution Executive (CRC), your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and supporting clinical trial activities at the site level.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and clinical trial protocols.
• Assisting investigators and clinical teams in managing patient recruitment, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Maintaining Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and ensuring ethical conduct of clinical trials.
• Acting as a bridge between research sponsors, site staff, and patients.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates applying for this role should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background: M.Pharm, Pharm D, BDS, Nursing, Pharmacy (Diploma in Clinical Research preferred). Relevant courses include M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacology), Pharm D, BDS, B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing, Diploma in Clinical Research.
• Experience: 0–2 years in clinical research or healthcare. Freshers with strong interest in clinical research are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to patient care and research ethics.
