Job Role & Responsibilities

As a CRA or Sr. CRA, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting site feasibility assessments and evaluations.
• Supporting site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Ensuring compliance with study protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Overseeing patient safety, data accuracy, and protocol adherence at clinical sites.
• Collaborating effectively with investigators, site staff, and project teams.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Quality Assurance).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in core clinical trial monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of site feasibility, initiation, and monitoring activities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
