Desired Skill Set
As a part of our Assay Development & Screening team, you will be at the forefront of scientific exploration. We are seeking candidates who possess the following skill set:
- Assay Development Expertise: Experience in developing biochemical and cell-based in vitro assays using a range of platform technologies, including Fluorescence Polarization, HTRF, FRET, BRET, TR-FRET, Luminescence, AlphaScreen, AlphaLisa, and more.
- Tissue Culture Proficiency: Competency in tissue culture techniques, a fundamental aspect of cell-based assays.
- Screening Proficiency: Ability to screen New Chemical Entities (NCEs) using validated biochemical and cell-based in vitro assays, leveraging different technologies as specified.
- Cell Viability Assays: Familiarity with cell viability assays, a critical component of assay development.
- Experimentation in 384 Well Format: Hands-on experience in conducting experiments in a 384 well format, showcasing precision and attention to detail.
- qPCR and Western Blot Experience: Proficiency in setting up qPCR and western blot assays, indicative of a comprehensive skill set.
- Documentation and Drafting Skills: Capability to prepare SOP drafts for validated biochemical and cell-based assays and draft technical write-ups for proposals.
- Record Management and Equipment Handling: Effective management of experimental records and laboratory equipment.
Qualifications and Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Education: A master’s degree in Biotechnology or Biochemistry.
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 1 to 8 years of industry experience after obtaining your master’s degree.
