Unit: Formulations

Assistant Engineer Brief Role: Plant / Machine Maintenance, Procument of engineering change parts, supervision of staff.

Role :

• Electrical Breakdown maintenance.
• HMI & PLC Related problems.
• VFD’s.
• HT & LT panels and maintenance,
• Low voltage systems.
• UPS.
• Calibrations and Instrumentation.
• Equipment qualifications in OSD Plant.
• Electrical Units and consumption costing.

Technician / Electrician / Mechanical

Brief Role: Shift Electrician need to handle all Electrical Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance.

Shift Incharge Detailed Role

• Shift Handling.
• General electrical works.
• VFD, Contactors, Motors.
• Instrumentation.
• Wiring and lighting.
• DG Operation.
• Electrical panel and distribution boards.
