Summary of Role:

The pharmacovigilance department and the safety reporting team will receive essential administrative support from the Safety Reporting Coordinator. Apart from ensuring regulatory deadlines are met, their duties will involve overseeing periodic and expedited safety reports, as well as contributing to safety reporting projects and initiatives. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration.

Primary Accountabilities:

Management of Safety Reports: Oversee the gathering, drafting, and delivery of safety reports to the proper authorities while making sure that laws and deadlines are followed.
Conformity and Quality: Help create metrics, keep up with safety reporting systems, and arrange for duties related to safety reporting to be coordinated with other departments and outside parties.
Operational Excellence: Take care of day-to-day problems with operations, give the safety reporting team information, and work on projects to improve processes.
Mentoring and training: Educate employees of the Pharmacovigilance Department on the processes and procedures associated with safety reporting.

The profile of the candidate:
Education: A formal academic or professional degree that is relevant.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience with the requisite know-how, aptitude, and skills.
Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency, a solid command of Pharmacovigilance jargon, outstanding communication abilities, and the capacity to function well under pressure.
