Job Role & Responsibilities

Designation: Assistant Manager / Team Leader
Department: Production (OSD Packing)

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising tablet and capsule primary and secondary packing operations.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams including RA, QA, Engineering, PPIC, Warehouse, and Manufacturing.
• Initiating deviations and change controls as required.
• Reviewing BPR, SOPs, and QMS documents.
• Managing and completing CAPA and change controls in a timely manner with proper justification.

This role is critical to ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintaining efficiency in production operations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy).
• Experience: 8–12 years of relevant experience in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) packing operations.
• Mandatory Requirement: Only candidates with hands-on experience in OSD packing will be considered.

Relevant courses: B.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology).
