Pharmacist-A, Radiographer-A, Lab Technician-A, Lab Technician-A (Dental Hygienist), Assistant (Rajbasha), LVD-A, HVD-A, Cook & Fireman-A]: For each application, there is a non-refundable Application Fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only). Additionally, all candidates need to pay Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) per application as a Processing fee. However, this Processing fee will be refunded to candidates who appear in the Written Test, as follows:

Rs. 500/-: Full refund for candidates exempted from the Application Fee (women, SC/ST/PWBD, Ex-Servicemen).
Rs. 400/-: After deducting the Application Fee for all other candidates.

The Processing fee can be paid online through Debit Card/Internet Banking. If a candidate fails to make the payment within the due date or due to transaction failure, they can pay the fee on the next day of closure of online application registration (i.e., until 1700 Hrs on 25.08.2023) using the ‘Make Payment’ option available on the online recruitment portal. No other mode of payment is acceptable. Candidates are advised to make the payment online without waiting for the last date.

Uploading of Documents: Candidates are required to upload clear images/scanned copies of the following documents on the Online portal, failing which their applications will be rejected:

Recent color passport-size photograph (not older than 6 months) in .jpg format (Size up to 40 KB & dimensions should be 110 x 140 pixels).
Signature in .jpg format (Size up to 20 KB & dimensions should be 200 x 50 pixels).
SC/ST/Disability/Ex-servicemen certificate as applicable for a full refund of Processing Fee (any one certificate).
Preliminary Medical Examination Certificate in the given format (Annexure-A) for post code no.40.

How to Apply: a. Applications will be received online only. b. The application for online registration will be hosted on the SDSC SHAR website from 04.08.2023 (10:00 hours) to 24.08.2023 (17:00 hours). c. Eligible candidates may register their applications online on the website: https://www.shar.gov.in (or) https://www.apps.shar.gov.in within the specified time-frame. d. Upon registration, applicants will receive an online Registration Number for future reference. They should provide their correct and compulsory email ID and mobile number. e. The application must be submitted within the due date (24.08.2023). Payment of the fee can be done online until the next day of the due date (1700 hrs on 25.08.2023). f. All further communications will be through the candidate’s registered email ID/SDSC SHAR website. Candidates are advised to check their email regularly and visit the website for updates. g. Separate applications should be submitted for each Post Code. Candidates need to pay the requisite fee separately for each application.
