Job Role & Responsibilities

The Executive/Senior Executive in the Investigation Team will handle various critical aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing investigations, ensuring deviations are addressed and processes are validated appropriately.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations of manufacturing deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and OOT (Out of Trend) results.
• Implement and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and Change Control processes.
• Operate and oversee OSD formulation equipment with proficiency.
• Apply knowledge of Process Validation principles to support manufacturing excellence.
• Utilize proper OSD sampling techniques and ensure accurate documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detailed understanding of GMP, deviation handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Qualification: M.Pharm or B.Pharm.
• Experience: 6–8 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing investigations, particularly in OSD formulations.

Relevant Courses: M.Pharm, B.Pharm, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Quality Assurance, Process Validation, Regulatory Affairs.
