Job Role & Responsibilities

The Clinical Pharmacist will be responsible for supporting hospital and clinic pharmacy operations, ensuring optimal patient care through safe and effective medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide drug information and counseling to patients.
• Support clinical teams in medication therapy management.
• Maintain documentation of pharmacy activities and interventions.
