→ ADME Scientist

• Education: M.Sc. (6–9 years) / M.Pharm or M.Tech (3–6 years)
• Key Skills: In vitro ADME, Bioanalytical Method Development, Data Interpretation

→ Senior Associate Scientist (Sr AS)

• Education: M.Sc. (9–12 years) / M.Pharm or M.Tech (6–9 years)
• Key Skills: DMPK strategy execution, assay development, data analysis

→ Team Lead

• Education: Fresh PhD or MSc (15–16 years) / M.Pharm (12–15 years)
• Key Skills: Team handling, scientific reporting, regulatory documentation

→ Senior Team Lead

• Education: PhD with 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Key Skills: Leadership in drug discovery, BA method optimization
