Job Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking Medical Coders, Senior Medical Coders, and Quality Analysts with expertise in E/M IP (Evaluation & Management Inpatient) coding. Key responsibilities include:

• Accurate coding of inpatient medical records as per industry standards
• Ensuring compliance with ICD-10 and CPT guidelines
• Reviewing and auditing coded data for accuracy (QA/QC roles)
• Identifying discrepancies and supporting corrective actions
• Collaborating with teams to meet client requirements and timelines

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Medical Coders: Minimum 2 years of experience in E/M IP coding
• Quality Analyst: Minimum 1 year of experience as an auditor
• Must hold a valid medical coding certification (CPC, CCS, COC, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of coding standards, guidelines, and payer policies
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skills
• Immediate joiners or those with up to 30 days’ notice period preferred

• Locations: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida
• Mode: Work from Office (WFH available post-probation)
