Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, monitoring, and execution of clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting site selection and feasibility studies.
• Planning, preparing, conducting, reporting, and following up on site monitoring visits.
• Procuring, quality checking (QC), and filing essential site documents on time.
• Maintaining the Trial Master File (TMF) and site-specific files.
• Coordinating with project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Supporting project feasibility reporting and site evaluation processes.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Graduate degree in Life Sciences (B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Biotechnology, Nursing).
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of clinical research/clinical trial experience.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Location & Work Model

• Primary Location: Bangalore (Office-based).
• Other Options: Home-based roles available in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Kolkata.
