Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Product Trainee in the Orthopaedic Product Management Team (PMT), your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in developing business plans and market strategies for orthopaedic product lines.
• Tracking competitor activities, customer insights, and market trends.
• Supporting new product launches, line extensions, and rebranding strategies.
• Contributing to portfolio expansion and sales-driven product strategies.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm, MBA (Marketing preferred)
