Job Role & Responsibilities

Production (Granulation/Compression/Coating)

• Operate and manage granulation, compression, and coating equipment.
• Ensure adherence to GMP standards during manufacturing.
• Maintain BMR/BPR documentation.

Packing (Secondary, Bottle, Blister, Cartonator, Track & Trace)

• Operate blister and bottle packing machines.
• Manage cartonator & labeling operations.
• Ensure serialization and track & trace compliance.

Engineering (Process, Packing, HVAC, Utilities, Electrical)

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment & utilities.
• Calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure smooth operations of HVAC and plant utilities.

Quality Assurance (QMS/IPQA/Validations/Market Complaints)

• Handle QMS-related activities, investigations, and CAPA.
• Perform IPQA and shop floor compliance checks.
• Review validation protocols and reports.

Quality Control (IP/FP, Stability, Microbiology)

• Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process, finished products.
• Stability testing and microbiology lab operations.
• Operate HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Production & Packing: ITI / Diploma / Degree with 3–8 years of experience.
• Engineering: Diploma / B.Tech with 3–8 years of experience.
• QA: M.Sc / B.Pharm with 3–8 years of experience.
• QC: M.Sc / B.Pharm with 3–8 years of experience.
