Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Production Chemist, you will:

• Manage API production processes in compliance with GMP standards.
• Operate reactors, filtration units, dryers, and other equipment.
• Prepare and maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and related documentation.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and ensure quality output.
• Work closely with QA and QC teams for regulatory compliance.
• Support process optimization and continuous improvement projects.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry (Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry).
• Experience: 1–3 years in API, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Freshers: Eligible to apply under NAPS Apprenticeship.
• Knowledge of GMP and safety protocols preferred.
• Strong analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
