Position Details

Role: Late Phase Contracts & Proposal Developer

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc
• Experience: 3-4 Years

Responsibilities

As a Late Phase Contracts & Proposal Developer at Cliantha Research, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of patient-based clinical trial quotations.
• Crafting proposal documents for clinical trials.
• Drafting contracts and change orders for patient-based clinical trials.
• Creating the Annual Rate Card as per sponsor requests.
• Maintaining confidentiality in all client interactions.
• Developing and reviewing pre-study and study-related agreements.
• Collaborating with various teams to address discrepancies and ensure study budgets align.
• Assisting with teleconferences for project requirements, bids, negotiations, and more.
• Participating in ongoing educational activities to enhance knowledge.
• Collaborating with team members on daily tasks and supporting as needed.

General and Administrative Duties

• Working with supervisors to establish unit strategy and prioritize tasks.
• Recommending and developing internal procedures and standards.
• Taking corrective actions as needed.
• Maintaining effective relationships with clients and functional units.
• Conforming to training schedules and SOP content.
• Staying updated with changes in the pharmaceutical regulatory environment.
