Roles and Responsibilities
In Section FP /Val
- Instrumental analysis and reporting of In-process, F.P., Validation samples.
- Chemical as well as instrumental analysis and reporting of raw material samples.
- Performing In-Process / Finished Product / Validation samples physical parameters as per Specifications.
- Preparing mobile phase as per method of analysis.
- Maintaining and operating Analytical Balance, pH meter, Karl Fischer Apparatus, UV Visible Spectrometers, Dissolution test apparatus.
- Preparing reagents and solutions, standardizing volumetric solutions.
- Maintaining documentation as per cGMP norms.
In Stability Section
- Responsible for checking and verifying charging, pullout of stability samples.
- Checking daily printouts of Temperature and Humidity recording of Stability chambers and Data Logger print of Control sample room.
- Acting as a Shift In-charge for reviewing Chromatograms, Raw data, Metadata, Protocols, and troubleshooting instruments.
- Preparing Stability trends and reviewing Stability study protocol, Stability reports.
- Investigating OOS/OOT/Incident/Laboratory errors.
- Maintaining Documentation as per cGMP norms and Working Area as per GLP.
- Promoting safety within premises.
