Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating and maintaining analytical laboratory in compliance with GLP regulations.
- The candidate is expected to develop HPLC/UPLC based methods (RP, SEC, ion exchange, Glycan etc.) for protein and peptide product characterization and analysis.
- Hands on developing ELISA based methods for protein quantification, HCP and leachable analysis.
- Responsible for preparation and review of method development reports (MDR) and analytical test procedures (ATP).
Educational Qualification: MSc / M Tech / MS / M Pharma in Biochemistry / Life Sciences / Biotechnology.
