• Position: Group Leader / Reviewer (LC-HRMS)
• Work Location: Sanathnagar, Hyderabad

Job Description for LC-HRMS (Group Leader / Reviewer):

• Hands-on experience with LC-HRMS instruments for Purity, Impurity profiling, Sequence confirmation of Peptides and Oligonucleotides.
• Experience with Waters Q-TOF and Thermo Orbitrap HRMS instruments.
• Data processing using software such as Waters Connect and Chromeleon, and report preparation.
• Method development and validations using LC-HRMS and LCMS.
• Preparation and review of Protocols and Reports for method validations and feasibility studies.
• Sequence assignment for Peptides, Oligonucleotides, and Complex molecules and their impurities.
• Understanding of biosimilarity and sameness studies.
• Coordinating method development and validation for quantification using LC-HRMS.
• Calibrations of LC-HRMS instruments and Data review.
• Adherence to Safety, GLP, and Regulatory compliance.
