Qualification and Experience:

  • Qualification: Degree in scientific or healthcare discipline (Ph.D. or M.Sc.)

Job Description: As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at Novartis, your role will involve:

  1. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with trial sites to ensure successful collaboration and achievement of deliverables.
  2. Managing study sites and conducting phase I-IV protocols according to Novartis procedures and regulatory standards.
  3. Performing site initiation visits, training site personnel on trial-related aspects, and conducting continuous training as required.
  4. Monitoring site activities, ensuring compliance with protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
  5. Promoting a culture of compliance, ethical integrity, and human subject protection throughout the trial process.
  6. Participating in audit organization and inspection readiness activities, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Role Requirements:

  • Degree in scientific or healthcare discipline

  • Understanding of CRA responsibilities and compliance requirements
