Position: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
- Experience Required: 1+ years in clinical research
- Required Education: Life Sciences degree (e.g., B.Sc., M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, etc.)
- 🧪 Department: Oncology Clinical Research
Eligibility & Educational Background
Acceptable Educational Qualifications:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Life Sciences
- B.Pharm/M.Pharm
- PharmD
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site activities for oncology studies – from startup to closure
- Monitor site performance and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Ensure patient safety, accurate data collection, and protocol adherence
- Train site staff and ensure inspection-readiness
- Support regulatory submissions and ethics committee processes
- Perform Source Data Verification (SDV) and maintain CTMS/eTMF systems
- Coordinate drug supply management and documentation
