Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Production – Injectables

• Role: Compounding Chemist (CIP/SIP), Chemist
• Responsibilities:
  • Compounding and sterile manufacturing
  • Operation of autoclaves, CIP/SIP systems
  • Adherence to cGMP and regulatory practices

2. Production – OSD

• Role: Operators – Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling, Blister & Bottle Packing
• Responsibilities:
  • Handling of OSD manufacturing equipment
  • Batch execution and process monitoring
  • Ensuring compliance with SOPs

3. QA – IPQA (Injectables)

• Role: Chemist
• Responsibilities:
  • Line clearance for production areas
  • In-process checks for sterile manufacturing
  • Batch documentation and compliance audits

4. QA – Validation (Injectables)

• Role: Officer/Executive
• Responsibilities:
  • Validation of injectable equipment (Filling, Lyophilizer, Autoclave)
  • Documentation of qualification & validation protocols
  • Regulatory compliance support

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education:
  • M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm – for Chemist & QA roles
  • ITI/Diploma – for Operator roles
  • B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm – for QA Validation roles
• Experience: 3–8 years (Formulation experience mandatory)
• Preferred: Immediate joiners, male candidates only

Relevant courses: Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Quality Assurance, Biotechnology.
