Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Fresher – Production Department
Department: Manufacturing (Production)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day pharmaceutical production operations
• Support machine operations, packaging, and documentation activities
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Coordinate with senior production staff for process efficiency
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards in the production unit

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Diploma / ITI / B.Sc / B.Com / B.A (2023 & 2024 freshers preferred)
• Skills Required:
  • Strong willingness to learn production operations
  • Ability to follow SOPs and quality guidelines
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Preference: Immediate joiners will be given priority

Relevant courses: Industrial Chemistry, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Mechanical/Production Trades (ITI/Diploma).
