Walk-In Interview Details

Key Responsibilities

As an Executive in the OSD Production and Packing departments, your key responsibilities will include:

• Executing production activities in Granulation, Compression, Coating, and Capsule Filling areas.
• Handling RMG (Rapid Mixer Granulator), FBD (Fluid Bed Dryer), Compression, Coating, and Capsule Filling machines as per SOP/BMR.
• Managing batch packing activities, including Dispensing, Line clearance, Over printing, Blister/carton specimen approval.
• Ensuring the proper functioning of primary and secondary packing machines in line with SOP/BPR.
• Executing and reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
• Conducting daily cleaning activities and preventive maintenance of machines as per the schedule.
• Periodically reviewing and verifying e-logbook entries.
• Managing Quality Management System (QMS) activities, such as Deviation, Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

Desired Profile

To excel in these positions, you should possess:

• Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm
• Experience: 2-5+ years
