Job Role & Responsibilities

As an Executive/Sr. Executive – Certified Medical Coder, you will:

• Perform accurate medical coding for Edits & Denials specialty.
• Ensure compliance with AAPC/AHIMA standards.
• Review and analyze patient records to assign appropriate medical codes.
• Support denial management by coding, auditing, and documentation improvements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coding accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on coding guidelines, payer requirements, and industry best practices.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Graduation in Life Sciences, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, or any healthcare-related field.
• Certification: AAPC or AHIMA certification (mandatory).
• Experience: 1–5 years of experience in medical coding with focus on Edits & Denials.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
