Job Role & Responsibilities

Open Positions:

• Medical Coder
• Senior Medical Coder
• Quality Analyst (Medical Coding)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate E/M IP coding as per industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and payer guidelines.
• Conduct quality checks and audits (for Quality Analyst role).
• Maintain accurate records and reports of coding activities.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project deliverables.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: Graduation in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or equivalent.
• Certifications: AAPC / AHIMA (mandatory).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of E/M IP coding experience.
  • Quality Analysts must have at least 1 year of auditing experience.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days’ notice period preferred.
