Job Role & Responsibilities

As part of the Formulation Research & Development (FRD) team, the selected candidate will:

• Develop and optimize Pellet Formulations for commercial production.
• Conduct pre-formulation and formulation studies to support product development.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and global regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scale-up and technology transfer.
• Document experimental data, prepare reports, and support regulatory submissions.
• Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Pharmaceutical Technology)
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on expertise in Pellets Formulation
• Strong knowledge of QbD, ICH, USFDA, and other regulatory requirements
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills

Relevant Courses: Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Advanced Drug Delivery Systems
