    Venue: Central Council for Research In Siddha (CCRS) Headquarters, GST Road, Tambaram Sanatorium, Chennai – 600047

    The Central Council for Research in Siddha (CCRS), Chennai, under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, is seeking individuals for the following positions on a Contractual/Outsourcing basis. The selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview scheduled for 13.09.2023. The engagement will be initially until 31.03.2024. A written test will be conducted, if necessary, followed by an interview on the same day for qualified candidates.

    Position: Pharmacist – Cum-Office Assistant – 02

    Qualifications:

    1. 12th Class or equivalent qualification with Science subjects from a recognized Board or University.
    2. Diploma in Integrated Pharmacy of two years duration conducted by a recognized Board/ University/ Institution with Siddha as one of the subjects or Diploma in Siddha (Pharmacy) of two years duration conducted by a recognized Board/ University/ Institution.
    3. Must have Computer Knowledge.
    4. Computer literate experience is preferred.

    Age Limit: Between 18 and 27 years of age (relaxable for persons serving/having experience in the Government Sector).

    Remuneration: Consolidated Remuneration of Rs. 28,000/- + EPF and ESI Benefits

    Place of Posting: Siddha Clinical Research Unit (SCRU) Goa – Two posts

    General Conditions:

    1. A written test will be conducted, if necessary, followed by an interview on the same day for qualified candidates.
    2. Age will be determined as of the date of the interview and may be relaxed for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per Government Rules.
    3. The appointment for Consultant (Admin) and Domain Expert (Siddha) positions may be initially for up to one year, extendable at the discretion of the competent authority for another year.
    4. The engagement for these positions will be purely on a contractual basis and does not confer the right to claim continuation or regularization of appointment.
    5. Candidates must ensure they fulfill the eligibility conditions. Ineligible candidates will not be allowed to appear for the written test (if conducted) / interview.
    6. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
    7. The Selection Committee reserves the right to select or reject any candidate’s application.
    8. Original documents must be submitted for verification along with self-attested photocopies.
    9. Candidates are advised to regularly check the Council’s website for updates.
    10. Canvassing in any form is a disqualification.

    List of ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS to be submitted on the day of the interview:

    1. Age proof – Matriculation/10th Standard or equivalent certificate.
    2. Educational Qualification certificates and mark sheets.
    3. Community Certificate (if applicable).
    4. Certificate of Experience (if available).
    5. Pension Payment Order (in case of Consultant (Admin)).
