1. Department: Quality Assurance (QA)

Position: Sr. Officer / Executive

Experience Required: 3 to 7 years in API QA operations

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry or relevant discipline)

Location: GIDC Ankleshwar, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting quality checks and internal audits as per cGMP guidelines
• Reviewing batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packaging records (BPR)
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as US FDA, WHO, and ICH guidelines
• Handling deviations, change controls, and CAPA documentation

Ideal Candidate:

• Hands-on experience in API QA operations
• Good understanding of GMP, data integrity, and QMS
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills

2. Department: Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA)

Position: Executive / Assistant Manager

Experience Required: 5 to 10 years in API Analytical QA

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry or equivalent)

Location: GIDC Ankleshwar, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit of analytical data from QC department
• Oversight of method validation, method transfer, and stability studies
• Ensuring data integrity compliance during analytical documentation and reporting
• Investigating Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results

Ideal Candidate:

• Deep knowledge of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, and FTIR
• Experience handling regulatory audits (e.g., US FDA, MHRA)
• Strong analytical documentation and communication skills

3. Department: Engineering

Position: GMP Coordinator

Experience Required: 5 to 7 years in API plant engineering

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Engineering/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate GMP compliance within engineering and maintenance functions
• Ensure facility and equipment qualification are aligned with regulatory expectations
• Maintain equipment logs, calibration schedules, and preventive maintenance protocols
