Content Management:
- Support Medical Information (MI) and publications colleagues by delivering clinical/scientific content for internal and external customers.
- Retrieve and catalogue scientific content and publications, ensuring compliance with copyright laws.
- Update and manage distribution lists for internal product newsletters and external therapy area Publications Updates.
- Assist with updates to Aurora Business Rules under advisement of Aurora Subject Matter Experts.
Content Monitoring:
- Assist with business development integrations into Aurora, monitoring Primary Manuscripts related to Pfizer’s 18-month Primary Completion Date (PCD) submission commitment.
- Monitor and QC Aurora for metrics such as DOIs, Open Access publishing data, and more.
Metrics & Reporting:
- Record content delivery metrics for global reporting.
- Ensure compliant recording of cases handled using inquiry management systems.
- Assist with Digital Science data analytics and report updates.
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Strong understanding of copyright related to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with cataloguing using library management systems.
- Familiarity with biomedical databases and citation formats.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Access, and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and effective communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar environment or a related degree.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English language.
- Experience in medical information and/or scientific publications preferred.
Work Location Assignment: Flexible
Note: Successful candidates will be expected to work a shift aligned with the operating hours of Pfizer’s European Offices in Portugal and the UK.
