Qualification: Postgraduate or graduate in pharmacy or dentistry
Experience: 2-10 years in a Medical Information Call Center

Key Responsibilities

As a Pharmacovigilance MICC Professional at LAMBDA Research, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and managing medical inquiries, adverse events (AEs), and product quality complaints received via email, fax, phone, and post.
  • Logging, updating, and reconciling inquiries in the Medical Information database.
  • Creating Safety Individual Case Reports (SDEA) and coordinating inquiry responses with medical reviewers.
  • Assisting in the follow-up of medical inquiries and handling inquiries from clients and affiliates.
  • Reconciling and acknowledging AEs/product complaints as per safety data exchange agreements.
  • Preparing SDEA, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and Work Instruction (WI) documents and performing additional tasks as assigned.
  • Assisting in audit/inspection preparation and participation.
