Job Role: Management Trainee – Sales & Marketing
As a Management Trainee at Aishwarya Group, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience and develop your career in the pharmaceutical industry. Your primary responsibilities will involve fieldwork in specific geographies, supporting marketing strategies, and collaborating with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Key Responsibilities
- Fieldwork in designated regions to drive prescription (Rx) business and achieve business targets.
- Build relationships and develop key accounts with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
- Assist in planning promotional strategies and communication inputs as per defined planning cycles.
- Support new strategy development and life cycle management through the periodic review of brands and the market environment.
- Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Help in preparing promotional presentations and delivering them to stakeholders.
- Assist in providing training to the sales team for effective execution of marketing plans.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Educational Qualification: B Pharm + MBA (Mandatory)
- Skills:
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities to interpret market data and recommend strategies.
- A creative mindset for devising innovative promotional campaigns.
