Job Role & Responsibilities

Scientist – Formulation Development (FD)

• Develop oral solid dosage forms (Immediate Release/Modified Release tablets, pellets) for US/EU/ROW markets.
• Apply Quality by Design (QbD) and Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies in product development.
• Contribute to generic product development in reputed pharma or CRO organizations.
• Exposure to liquid dosage forms is an added advantage.

Sr. Scientist – Formulation Development (FD) | Team Leader

• Lead a team of 3–4 scientists and manage 10–12 projects annually.
• Oversee development of oral solids for regulated markets.
• Handle scale-up, clinical batches, exhibit batches, and regulatory documentation (PDR, CPS, BMR, eCTD).
• Engage in client interactions, audits, SOP compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology, Formulation Development).
• Experience:
  • Scientist: 2–5 years in formulation development.
  • Sr. Scientist: 8–10 years with proven leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of oral solids, QbD/DOE principles, and regulatory requirements.
