Job Role & Responsibilities

As a PV Safety Scientist, you will support the Benefit-Risk group by delivering high-quality pharmacovigilance services and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Authoring aggregate reports such as PSURs/PBRERs, PADERs, Annual Reports, ACOs, and DSURs.
• Developing Risk Management Plans (RMPs) as part of regular PV activities.
• Preparing Signal Management Reports and conducting literature searches.
• Extracting, validating, and reconciling safety data from multiple sources (RSI, sales, reports, RMPs).
• Generating line listings from safety databases.
• Supporting ad-hoc high-priority PV activities and ensuring deliverables meet client and regulatory standards.
• Maintaining compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory requirements.
• Preparing and updating SOPs/WIs and identifying CAPAs.
• Collaborating in a matrix environment and contributing to continuous process improvements.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or other health-related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in pharmacovigilance, with experience in:
  • Medical writing, literature screening, or signal detection.
  • Authoring/reviewing aggregate reports and RMPs.
  • Working with PV databases and generating safety reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, web-based applications).
• Knowledge of global regulatory guidelines and pharmacovigilance processes.

• Job Location: India (Remote/Office-based depending on assignment).
