Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Research Associate in Antibody Engineering, you will:

• Perform DNA and RNA extraction for experimental workflows.
• Conduct advanced PCR techniques including inverse PCR, touchdown/up, gradient PCR, long amplicons, TaqMan assays, real-time PCR, and gel electrophoresis.
• Prepare ultra-competent cells and carry out transformations using both chemical and electroporation methods.
• Apply cloning methods such as subcloning, Gibson assembly, Golden Gate, Gateway, and In-Fusion cloning.
• Generate reliable, high-quality experimental data and ensure timely updates in Lab Notebooks (LNB) and databases.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental systems and processes.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2–6 years of relevant research experience in molecular biology and antibody engineering.
• Proficiency in PCR, cloning techniques, and cell transformation methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
