Job Role & Responsibilities

Medical Representative (MR)

• Promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
• Achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
• Provide scientific information and ensure market penetration in assigned territories.

Area Business Manager (ABM)

• Lead a team of Medical Representatives.
• Drive business growth and ensure achievement of sales goals.
• Implement marketing strategies effectively.

Second Line Manager (SM)

• Supervise ABMs and ensure compliance with business objectives.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance.

Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)

• Manage sales operations across multiple regions.
• Develop zonal strategies to drive growth in key therapeutic areas.
• Ensure alignment with company’s vision and market goals.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc., B.Pharm.
• Experience:
  • MR: Freshers welcome (6 months’ experience preferred).
  • ABM: Minimum 1 year as ABM.
  • SM: Minimum 1 year as SM.
  • ZSM: Minimum 2 years as ZSM.
• Therapies: Respiratory, Derma, Acute.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Location & Salary

• Locations: North, East, South, and West India.
