Job Role & Responsibilities

As a PPIC Officer/Sr. Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and monitoring production plans and schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
• Coordinating with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials.
• Tracking and controlling inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations.
• Ensuring strict adherence to GMP and regulatory standards in PPIC activities.
• Maintaining accurate records of production, consumption, and stock movement for audits.
• Optimizing resource utilization and minimizing production delays through effective planning.
• Generating performance reports, material status updates, and deviation reports for management review.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: B.Sc. or B.Pharm.
• Experience: 2–4 years in PPIC, production scheduling, demand planning, or capacity management.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of supply chain optimization in a pharma setup.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
