Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Executive / Technical Assistant – Quality Control (Formulation)
Department: Quality Control (Formulation)
Experience Required: 2–7 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis of finished products, stability samples, raw materials, and packaging materials.
• Perform analytical method validation, verification, and method transfer.
• Interpret scientific data and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with USFDA, MHRA, ANVISA, and ICH guidelines.
• Operate and troubleshoot QC instruments such as LCMS, HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Polarimeter, UV-Spectrophotometer, KF, and Dissolution Apparatus.
• Handle investigations of OOS, OOT, and deviations.
• Support continuous improvement in quality processes.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: M.Sc. / B. Pharma
• Experience: 2–7 years in Quality Control (Formulation)
• Preferred Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of solid orals and QC processes.
  • Hands-on exposure to regulatory audits and compliance.
  • Ability to manage documentation and regulatory requirements.
