Job Role & Responsibilities

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end HR operations at the plant.
• Handling recruitment and onboarding of staff and contract employees.
• Processing payroll and managing attendance systems.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements like Factories Act, CLRA, PF, ESIC.
• Driving employee engagement and handling grievances effectively.
• Collaborating with department heads for manpower planning and performance management.
• Preparing and maintaining HR-related records, reports, and documentation.
• Supporting internal, external, and statutory audits.
• Assisting in the implementation of company HR policies.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: MBA/PGDM (HR), MSW, MLW, or equivalent HR specialization.
• Experience: 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage payroll, employee engagement, and performance processes.
