Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Intermediate / Clean Room / Peptides

• Designation: Executive / Assistant Manager
• Experience: 7–10 years
• Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Chemistry), Diploma (Chemical Engineering)
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage cleanroom operations and peptide/intermediate manufacturing.
  • Monitor and optimize production processes.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines.

Production – DCS (Automation)

• Designation: Chemist / Officer
• Experience: 3–6 years
• Qualification: B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Chemistry), Diploma (Chemical Engineering)
• Responsibilities:
  • Operate DCS automated systems.
  • Maintain process controls and documentation.
  • Support smooth manufacturing and troubleshooting.

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Roles: IPQA Officer, AQA Reviewer, Executive
• Experience: 3–8 years
• Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm.
• Responsibilities:
  • Review and approve batch records.
  • Conduct in-process checks and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with QA systems and SOPs.

Quality Control (QC)

• Role: Officer – HPLC, GC, LC-MS, ICP-MS
• Experience: 4–6 years
• Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm.
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform analytical testing using advanced instruments.
  • Ensure accuracy of stability, raw material, and finished product analysis.
  • Maintain GLP and documentation standards.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• B.Sc. (Chemistry), M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Pharmacy, or Diploma (Chemical Engineering).
• 3–10 years of relevant experience depending on the role.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, regulatory audits, and analytical techniques.
