Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Research Associate – Bioanalytical (Proteins & Biosimilars)
Eligibility: Freshers welcome (M.Sc. Biotechnology / M.Sc. Biochemistry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform method development, validation, and study execution of ligand-binding assay (LBA) based immunogenicity methods.
• Independently conduct ELISA, MSD, and other ligand-binding assays.
• Analyze serum samples from clinical studies following protocols and SOPs.
• Collate, analyze, and interpret bioanalytical data.
• Troubleshoot challenges during method development, validation, and execution.
• Prepare and review SOPs, Study Plans, Analytical Reports, and Validation Reports.
• Ensure reconciliation of raw study/validation data and respond to QA/QC queries.
• Manage inventory of critical reagents and study-specific general reagents.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
• Experience: Freshers and early-career professionals (0–1 year) encouraged to apply.
• Skills Required:
  • Strong foundation in ligand-binding assays and bioanalytical methods.
  • Good understanding of laboratory practices and documentation.
  • Analytical mindset with troubleshooting ability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
